Bay

Meloche custom made Bay Windows consist of three windows joined together with a 30 or 45 degree angle. The center window is usually fixed and larger than the side widows, which can be either Casements or Double Hung to allow venting. Our no-maintenance steel reinforced supports prevent the sagging normally associated with cable hanging methods. Casement

With our standard Low “E” glass and warm edge technology, it definitely stands out from the rest. The casement has a standard multi point lock system by Truth Hardware, offering the folding casement handle. This feature prevents complications with the free flow hanging of drapes and blinds. Our casements open to a full 90 degrees, which allows them to be cleaned from inside the house.
Casement Fixed
The Fixed Casement with our standard Low “E” glass and warm edge technology has the same profile as a Casement window but does not open. Generally it is used in a Bay or Bow window and between Casements as a viewing window. It is available from 7 square feet up to 30 square feet.
Double Hung
Our modern, energy efficient Double Hung window, with our standard Low “E” glass and warm edge technology, make it an easy choice for replacing any existing window in your home. They have dual venting capability and low maintenance. End Vent

When a Bay and a Bow window cannot be used due to their outward projection, the End Vent Slider becomes the window of choice. It provides a large picture window with two venting units on each side that tilt inward for easy exterior cleaning. This window also comes with our standard Low “E” glass and warm edge technology.
Magic View
When it comes to basement windows, the Magic View Window is tailor made to fit this application. It is designed to give 35% more viewing area with a slimmer profile comes standard with an interior drywall return channel. It consists of a one fixed window, while the other slides open to allow for ventilation and offers easy sash removal for cleaning.
Point Of View
This exclusive design, only offered by Meloche Windows, gives the home owner a unique perspective in style and diversity. The Point of View window is a two-lite bay which offers you the choice of a birch or an oak head and seat. This design can be configured with most of the Meloche window styles. The slim projection of this window is specifically designed for kitchens or dining rooms when a Bay or Bow window system is not applicable.
Side Slider Tilt
Typically, Side Slider windows provide a larger viewing and venting area. Meloche Side Slider windows include additional features such as being able to tilt inwards for easy cleaning, and when both windows are slid to one side it is a means of escape in case of emergency. Another feature is the full length sash handle that blends seamlessly into the window, along with the night latch which gives security and ventilation at the same time.
