    We are seeking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to add to our sales team.

    In this position you will engage in consultative selling, finalizing and upselling previously quoted product and warranty by Outside Sales Representative. You will handle all incoming inquiries for customer service and meet with customers in a showroom setting to provide detailed window and door options and configurations. You will be called on to provide sales quotes and exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person and follow-up with the customer post installations.

    The successful candidate will be someone with a proven record of sales and customer service success.

    Must have excellent communication skills combined with a genuine interest in helping people. Confident and resourceful. Strengths include ability to multi task, strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. One who will oversee all aspects of the plant operation, allocating and managing resources in order to achieve optimal standards of performance and productivity.

    The incumbent will lead all manufacturing production functions including manufacturing engineering, production planning, procurement, manufacturing, shipping and receiving and drive the operations to achieve or exceed key performance indicators related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, people and cost.

    Responsible for product quality, plant layout, developing engineered labour standards, production routings, process work instructions, preventative maintenance, production efficiency and productivity.

    Responsible for product scrap, rework, conducting product cost estimations, creating Bills of Material, Make vs Buy analysis, supplier development, purchase price variances, scheduling of product within the plant and outside installations and inventory turns.

    Experienced in hiring, training and supervising employees, managing inside sales, plant housekeeping, ERP inputs, developing budgets, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being adhered to and perform any and all assigned duties.
